How to order customized items is described here. I am a Cottage Industry level busuiness, so you may find processing your order a bit different.

EMAIL:
You can order using the LaserMikeyStuff at gmail dot com address describing what you want and how many. Specify any special font (please limit to the standard fonts supplied with MS Windows) you prefer, and attach any images you wish to incorporate.

Items not in the posted items for sale will be quoted on a per situation basis.

If the image is color or not clear enough, we will begin a dialog to confirm the results are acceptable before any item is actually processed. A laser is strictly an on-off (burn - no burn) device.

PAYMENT:
Unfortunately, customized or personalized items cannot be returned (20% restocking fee for returnable items) because they have no resale vaue. Would you want to buy a laser etched wine glass with my name on it? Standard items can be returned at your cost.

Checks: The order will not ship until the check has been properly processed. Make the check payable to Mike Hembrey.

Postal Money Orders, Traveler's Checks, and Bank Drafts: Place your order by email and mail your payment to P.O. Box xxxxx, Safety Harbor, FL 34695. Once it is received, and the last conversation by email indicates acceptance of the design, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. If there is a delay, for example materials must be ordered, you will be notified by email.

PayPal: I am working on this, as long as it does not get expensive.

CANCELLATIONS:
Before any design work is performed or materials ordered, you may cancel a pending order. Before the item is actually made, a partial refund may be issued depending on what costs cannot be absorbed.
